Description

Hand made silver ring with a lot of Hago essence. A ring made with five turns of 2mm silver wire and two 3mm zirconia.

You can choose from different colors of zirconia like aquamarine, bright, emerald, garnet, rose of france and sapphire. To each one more beautiful.

Does the jewel come packed?

All orders go with a shipping box, inside they carry a bag and each jewel goes in its little box

Do you work with sterling silver and gold?

We only work with sterling silver and 18-carat gold. We have some brass products and they are correctly indicated on the product sheet so there is no confusion.

I got confused in the engraving of the bracelet. What I can do?.

As we have indicated personalized jewelery cannot be exchanged, but please contact us if we can solve it in any way.

The order I have received is wrong, the recording is wrong or some other manufacturing defect.

The Jewel has turned black, what can I do?

Despite what many people think, sterling silver oxidizes for different reasons, type of sweat, chemicals and oxidation by the environment. We recommend you clean the silver with some antioxidant, silver cleaning cloth or send it to our workshop and we will leave it new.
