We only work with sterling silver and 18-carat gold. We have some brass products and they are correctly indicated on the product sheet so there is no confusion.

As we have indicated personalized jewelery cannot be exchanged, but please contact us if we can solve it in any way.

If it is our mistake, we will manage as soon as possible the shipment of the rectified product with the return of the product in poor condition.
