All orders go with a shipping box, inside they carry a bag and each jewel goes in its little box
If it's been more than 48 hours since your order was shipped and it hasn't arrived, first check the tracking link to see the status. If the status is an incident or the tracking link does not appear, contact us in your customer area and we will reply as soon as possible.
We only work with sterling silver and 18-carat gold. We have some brass products and they are correctly indicated on the product sheet so there is no confusion.
As we have indicated personalized jewelery cannot be exchanged, but please contact us if we can solve it in any way.

If it is our mistake, we will manage as soon as possible the shipment of the rectified product with the return of the product in poor condition. For this, you will only have to have the product in poor condition packed in the same box if you have it.
Despite what many people think, sterling silver oxidizes for different reasons, type of sweat, chemicals and oxidation by the environment. We recommend you clean the silver with some antioxidant, silver cleaning cloth or send it to our workshop and we will leave it new.
