Silver bracelet with 2 medals Slim engraved with handwritten letter enamelled in black and with silver charm to choose. Original silver bracelet with medal engraved to surprise Mama, grandmother, etc. Ideal gift for birthdays, Grandmother's day, Christmas ... everything a success. The slim medal has a smooth finish and measures 12mm in diameter. There is a standard medal with engraving TQ Abu and another one to be able to personalize with a name or date for example. The engraving is with adult handwriting and black enamel. You must also indicate the name or word that you want to appear on the slim medal.
The manufacture of gold-plated or custom pieces are held on Fridays each week so the customer will receive it on Monday or Tuesday of the week following the order. The personalized orders we deliver on Fridays, ordering from Monday to Wednesday, would be the same week. If it is to pick in store it would be Friday afternoon and if it is to receive by courier it would be for Monday or Tuesday of the week following the order.

All orders go with a shipping box, inside they carry a bag and each jewel goes in its little box
If it's been more than 48 hours since your order was shipped and it hasn't arrived, first check the tracking link to see the status. If the status is an incident or the tracking link does not appear, contact us in your customer area and we will reply as soon as possible.
We only work with sterling silver and 18-carat gold. We have some brass products and they are correctly indicated on the product sheet so there is no confusion.
As we have indicated personalized jewelery cannot be exchanged, but please contact us if we can solve it in any way.
Contact us and attach photos so that our specialists can determine the causes. If it is our mistake, we will manage as soon as possible the shipment of the rectified product with the return of the product in poor condition. For this, you will only have to have the product in poor condition packed in the same box if you have it.
Despite what many people think, sterling silver oxidizes for different reasons, type of sweat, chemicals and oxidation by the environment. We recommend you clean the silver with some antioxidant, silver cleaning cloth or send it to our workshop and we will leave it new.
